My thoughts on reading this book:

I found this book very fascinating as to be amazed by author’s work to provide such a good journey with storyline and value models. As a non fiction reader, I find myself to be amused at how author put such a great storyline with world building character by providing neurological, psychological and philosophical facts.

Through this book I learned many facts, habit installation protocols, importance of sleep, my inner strength to grow, importance of time & rituals and of course how important is our the morning routine. Author did such an amazing job by providing facts, what to do with WHY & HOW.

Read and implement this book's formula and models in your life according to your life goals and environment.
